Author of more than 30 cookbooks, Melissa Clark writes a weekly food column for the New York Times called A Good Appetite. She has also written for Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Every Day with Rachel Ray, and Martha Stewart, and has an MFA in writing from Columbia University. Presented with the Wisconsin Book Festival.
