Dr. Elena Rovenskaya is the Program Director of the Advanced Systems Analysis (ASA) Program. She is also a Research Scholar at the Optimal Control Department of the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia. Her scientific research lie in the fields of theory of optimal control, ill-posed problems and economic-environmental modeling.
