Description
Bassist, photographer and artist Rob Lundberg moved to Madison from the Big Apple in 2013 and has since been building up a diverse musical presence performing throughout the US, Canada and Europe. Here he has improvised with local musicians, including saxophonist Tony Barba and guitar/experimenter Andy Fitzpatrick, and worked as a coordinator for the Greater Madison Jazz Consortium. Additionally he has kept up with his NYC collaborations, including the experimental Jobs (formerly Killer Bob) and synth-pop act Leverage Models. His photography is currently focused on the interaction of “wild” and human-built spaces. He earned his BFA from The New School in Jazz Performance, is pursuing a JD and MS from UW-Madison in Law and Environmental Studies and is a graduate associate of the Center for Culture, History and Environment.
