Description
Solitude – A Solo Performance Created by Mark Hetzler Featuring a world premiere by Mark Hetzler, and compositions by J.S. Bach, Luciano Berio, Iannis Xenakis, John Stevens and Matthew Burtner. This solo concert will explore the concept of isolation, solitude and internal dialogue. Featuring landmark works by contemporary composers and classic excerpts from J.S. Bach’s unaccompanied cello music, this performance will also include an original spoken word element.
