Join an accomplished chef on a Vegetarian-Mediterranean ("VeggieTerranean") culinary journey. From Spain and Morocco to Greece and Lebanon, you will visit many ports-of-call on the Mediterranean coast to explore full flavor, low-calories, good-calories, and heart & brain-healthy vegetarian food preparation while taking advantage of Wisconsin's autumn seasonal vegetables. Liberal samples will be available so do not eat lunch beforehand.
