Join the Seed to Kitchen Collaborative and Allen Centennial Gardens for a unique tasting event. Seven Madison chefs will create dishes featuring outstanding and unusual vegetable varieties, the products of collaborative plant breeding projects aimed at improving vegetable quality and productivity for organic farmers. Keynote speaker Lane Selman will share her perspective about the role plant breeders can play in shaping a sustainable food future. Edible tour of Allen Centennial Gardens at 5 PM!
