This week is all about celebrating you, our members! Member Appreciation Week includes free fitness classes and orientations, blood pressure screenings, healthy snacks and lots of free stuff. We hope you’ll be able to join us during some of the special activity times listed below. If not, don’t worry! You’ll still have a chance to win prizes by just coming in and using our facilities throughout the week!
