Opening Reception: 90th Annual Student Art Show

Join us for the opening reception of the 90th Annual Student Art Show, hosted by WUD Art! The 90th Annual Student Art Show, sponsored by the WUD Art Committee, is the University of Wisconsin-Madison's longest-running celebration of student artists and a beloved campus tradition. It offers all UW-Madison students the opportunity to enter their work in a competitive juried exhibition. Our committee has received over 150 submissions this year, and we're proud to present a variety of selected pieces from all backgrounds and media in this public, collaborative exhibition! Thank you to everyone who has submitted and has been involved in the creation of the SAS this year; we really appreciate all of the hard work and dedication from the artists, jurors, SAS coordinator and committee members. The opening gala of the 90th Annual Student Art Show will be presented in Gallery 1308 at Union South from 6-8pm on Friday, February 9th, 2018. There will be an awards presentation at 7:00pm. Refreshments will be served—please invite family and friends to join you at the celebration. We hope to see you there!
