White Valentine's Day Chocolate Workshop

White Valentine's Day (3/14) is a day celebrated by some Asian countries. On White Valentines' day, men who received chocolate on Valentine's Day are expected to return the favor by giving desserts like cookies or chocolate. Megan Hile, the chocolatier of Madison Chocolate Company, will lead a chocolate truffle cooking workshop. A brief chocolate tasting for a few varieties will be followed.
