Description
Chef and black food historian Michael Twitty shares his experiences exploring the culinary traditions of Africa, African Americans, and the African Diaspora.
On April 18, from 2-4pm, Michael Twitty will give a cooking demonstration at Witte Hall, Center for Cultural Enrichment. The lecture will be held on the same day at 7pm at AT&T Room in Pyle Center.
A Room of One’s Own will be selling Michael Twitty’s book on the 18th starting at 6:30pm.
