This 45-minute film will be followed by a panel discussion with Professor Cecelia Klingele of UW-Madison's Law School; Frank Davis, community organizer, MOSES; and Davette Baker, decarceration organizer, Citizen Action Wisconsin, board member, Women's March Wisconsin. Klingele is a faculty affiliate with the La Follette School.
