Description
Join Global Connections Committee, Cuisine Committee, and International Student Services for Flavors of the World: Global Spices! We will be looking at the history of spices and how different nations use them in the North African region, Laos and Cambodia. We will be enjoying some dishes from each of the regions after each of the presenters.  This event will be from 6:00-7:30pm on April 24th in Union South. Check TITU for the room!  Presenters: Chef Sabi Atteyih (North African region)

Menu:  B’slilla (Bastilla) - Moroccan dish
Papaya Salad - Laotian dish
 This event is FREE and open to UW-Madison students, staff, faculty, Union members and their guests. Please bring your Wiscard and/or union membership card.
