This presentation features Dr. Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, RN, CPNP/PMHNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, who will describe the findings of a recent national study of nurses’ health and outline evidence-based strategies for optimizing personal health and well-being. She will highlight tactics for building a culture of wellness in systems as a key strategy for improving population health and sustaining full engagement.
