In this presentation, research efforts from our nascent LANL Molten Salt Chemistry Laboratory (MSCL) will be described.
Marisa Monreal joined Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Seaborg Graduate Student Fellow in 2010. After completing her Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry at UCLA the following year, she returned to LANL for a postdoctoral research position in the laboratory of Dr. Jaqueline Kiplinger, and subsequently earned Director’s and Reines Postdoctoral Fellowships.
