The Hot Zone: A Look at the Environmental Protection Agency in the Era of Trump

Eric Lipton of The New York Times, UW-Madison's fall 2018 public affairs journalist in residence, will talk about his reporting on President Trump’s efforts to remake federal environmental regulations and policies. Lipton is a three-time Pulitizer Prize winning journalist. With the help of a legal clinical at Yale Law School, he has used Freedom of Information Act requests to gather documents related to these changes.
