Jennifer Seelig's research explores the role of schools in community development. In this presentation she will share the story of a rural community and school district in Northern Wisconsin, with a focus on how competition-based education policies unfold in a remote, rural community. Jennifer Seelig is the Assistant Director of the Rural Education Research & Implementation Center.
