Winter Carnival Snowshoe to Picnic Point Bonfire

Winter Carnival Just Because It's Winter Doesn't Mean We Can't Play Outside! Stay active with an evening hike out to Picnic Point and warm up at the bonfire! Hoofer Outing Club members invite you to join them to snowshoe, cross-country ski or hike out to Picnic Point to enjoy the view and camaraderie around a campfire. The trek starts from Memorial Union at 7pm and the last group will leave by 8pm.  Outing Club members will help fit and check out snowshoes and cross country skis and boots as long as they last. Or, bring your own winter trekking gear or bike - if you have a headlamp, we highly recommend bringing it along!
