Mapping Community Assets

Asset mapping is a strategy for locating, obtaining, and mapping resources. It is based on Social Capital Theory and Appreciative Inquiry. Mapping assets harnesses the collective capital of the community. During this Institute you will have an opportunity to learn how to map tangible and intangible resources in your community that are vital to the success of your career initiatives. A focus of the Institute will be on the impact of the pandemic on career opportunities.
