Try Powerflow, a combination of Yoga and Pilates with a fitness twist, to build total body muscular strength, improve balance and increase flexibility. Online registration opens 48 hours in advance and closes 1 hour before class begins. All classes will take place on Zoom, and you will be emailed a link to join the session shortly before the beginning of class.
