Come join Wisconsin's new State Archaeologist Dr. James Skibo as he explores why humble cooking pots are one of humanity's greatest inventions. How were early ceramic pots made? How were they used? What did the pottery designs mean to those who made and used them? Dr. Skibo has devoted three decades of research to this subject, interviewing potters in the Philippines, exploring how pottery has shaped human history.
