Description
This “teach-in” will develop competency to teach about climate change by integrating indigenous ecological knowledge (TEK) with "academic" science. Classroom and informal community educators are welcome-no matter what grade or discipline. The “teach-in” will start with a traditional opening followed by rotations of 45-minute training sessions. Lunch provided. Travel stipends available. Participants will receive a multi-disciplinary resource tool kit. Register by July 15th.
