Bhopal Almost 30 Years on: Legal, Environmental, and Human Rights Aspects

Sumudu Atapattu and Lalita du Perron will give a brief overview of the history of the Bhopal gas disaster, and then zoom in on the legal and evironmental issues that continue to be relevant to the case. They will also present an update on recent activism that continues to keep the disaster and its ongoing aftermath alive in the media and in popular awareness.
