UW-Madison Resources for Starting a New Business

This seminar describes UW and community resources for starting a new business or non-profit venture. Included is the role of UW-Madison startups in Madison, considerations in forming a company, university policy on outside activities and conflict of interest, defining product features, identifying customers and markets, and assembling needed resources. Services available to entrepreneurs through campus as well as off-campus entities will also be highlighted.
