How do we reinvent financial aid? That's the trillion-dollar question. In this presentation, Andrew Kelly, director of the Center for Higher Education Reform at the American Enterprise Institute, and WISCAPE Senior Scholar Sara Goldrick Rab, associate professor of educational policy studies and sociology, will present the need to move past "tinkering" with financial aid policies and start to fundamentally rethink the troubled financial aid system that serves today’s students.
