Free public lecture by internationally-respected economist and UW-Madison alumnus Dr. Nicholas Lardy on the increasing role of market forces in China. First 200 attendees will receive a free red cap from the Wisconsin China Initiative. Prize drawing will also be held at the event for copies of Dr. Lardy's most recent book, "Markets Over Mao."
