Foreign Lobbying and Human Rights Ratings

Professor Jon Pevehouse of Political Science will discuss a study that compares annual U.S.State Department reports to Amnesty International reports from 1976-­2006 and shows that more lobbying leads to more favorable U.S. reporting on human rights.
