Individual Development Plan (IDP) Peer Learning Group Meeting

IDP Peer Learning Group Meetings are for any graduate student or postdoc who wishes to connect with others to discuss ideas related to their individual development planning. Meetings will be shaped by the needs of the group and can range from comparing notes about goal setting, identifying resources, communicating with mentors, ways to stay accountable, etc., to getting started in the process of creating an IDP. Come once or come each month for continuity. Light snacks will be available.
