Laura Anderson Barbata is best known for her public art performances that reinforce respect for cultural heritage and help develop identity in underserved and impoverished populations. Learn more about her work, her plans for the students, how all of Madison can become involved in the project, and how the arts can play a meaningful role in public discourse and bring about change. Presented by the UW-Madison Center for the Humanities as part of the 2015 Public Humanities Seminar Series.
