This year, teachers and students throughout the state of Wisconsin will read Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s Confessions. At the annual Great World Texts in Wisconsin Student Conference, students will present their work on Confessions and engage in a conversation about the autobiography, its contexts and impacts. Members of the broader UW-Madison academic community will join in this intellectual and celebratory discussion of Rousseau's text and the work of our student participants.
