Description
Workshop topics will include proper design of systems biology experiments, how to process raw data generated as part of transcriptome or proteome experiments, how to integrate different types of OMICS data, how to cluster data, how to perform expression network analysis, and how to interpret the computational data from a biological perspective.
Cost
$115 per person (includes participation in all workshop components, the use of a laptop for the duration of the workshop, as well as breakfast, lunch and snacks on both days)
