Blue Note Ensemble, Jazz Composers Septet and Contemporary Jazz Ensemble

Blue Note Ensemble is a small jazz ensemble performing music from the post-bob jazz period of the 1950s and 1960s. Jazz Composers Septet is a small jazz ensemble focused primarily on student compositions. Contemporary Jazz Ensemble is a small jazz ensemble performing contemporary mainstream jazz repertoire from the last two decades as well as student compositions. The directors of this concert are Johannes Wallmann and Les Thimmig.
