Since the 2009 military coup, murders & attacks against Honduran HR defenders have reached alarming levels. Alfredo Lopez will discuss the Garifuna's struggle against the role of state security forces in their displacement & how U.S.-backed projects contribute to violence & fuel Honduran migration.
