Description
John Quinlan is a longtime leader in the UN Association both locally and national. He is the founder and co-chair of the UNA's LGBT international human rights affinity group and the recipient of the city of Madison's 2008 ML King Award, and is a member of the city's Equal Opportunities Commission. He is a past executive director of OutReach.
