Diane Ebert-May provides international and national leadership for professional development in teaching, assessment and improvement of science curricula. In her talk, she will discuss transformation of STEM courses that are designed to use scientific practices for learning core ideas and building connections across curricula. She will describe frameworks and approaches for assessment and reform, and will share student learning data to inspire questions among participants.
