Chaos and Complex Systems Seminar

Justin Vandenbroucke, UW Department of Physics, will discuss recent progress and open questions in the detection and interpretation of cosmic rays, gamma rays, and neturinos, including the use of the Cherenkov Telescope Array, and the Distributed Electronic Cosmic-ray Observatory, an app and website that enable members of the public to detect cosmic rays with cell phone camera sensors.
