Spice up your life! Or at least your food. The right seasonings can make ordinary, inexpensive food into a treat. Variety is key. But not all spices work with all foods. Learn some simple tricks and tips to impress your taste buds. Salt, sugar, spice blends and individual spices discussed and sampled. Includes some samples to take home and a few cooking techniques.
