Shot in the late 1980s, this film examines how a community of Black and Latino gay and transgender New Yorkers build sustenance, creativity, and family while exploring ballroom culture. A thoughtful exploration of race, class, gender, and sexuality in America. In collaboration with LGBT Campus Center Crossroads Initiative and WUD Film Committee.
