Description
Student from the UW-Madison's CALS Fermentation and Brew Lab course will share their experience with us as they discuss what might be THE best class on campus! Students in the course were tasked with creating a recipe for a summer wheat ale as the second beer in the line-up for Campus Craft Brewery. The winning formula, S’Wheat Caroline, will make its debut during the event.
