Learn about the hydrology of the Preserve as we explore for visible and groundwater sources. From the Picnic Point hand pump to the Class of 1918 Marsh, Willow Creek and Lake Mendota, itself, the story of the impact of fresh water on the ecology of the Preserve provides an insightful and entertaining summer hike.
