DESCRIPTION:*Note: actual end time may vary.* \n Online Exhibit. In 2019\,
University of Wisconsin-Madison associate professor Marianne Fairbanks an
d textile artist Sofia Hagström Møller invited a group of professional D
anish weavers to contribute pieces produced on Fairbanks’s hand-held "He
llo Looms" for a show at Copenhagen Contemporary. The resulting 37 weaving
s use a wide variety of materials and explore a multitude of compositions.
This online exhibition of the works explores themes of materiality\, proc
 ess\, and international collaboration.\n\nCONTACT: cdmc@sohe.wisc.edu\n\nU
