Description
WUD Art is proud to present "Daily Values: Landscapes of Food Memories", a student-curated exhibition featuring artwork in collaboration with WUD Cuisine. We hosted a free, fun workshop at Wheelhouse Studios on Saturday, March 17th, focused on creating art based off of distinct, personal and unique memories of food. Many members of campus and the local Madison community came to share their food memories on paper, and we saw an awesome variety of fun and insightful pieces of art created at this event! We're happy to announce that these artworks are now open to the public to view at the Class of 1925 Gallery in Memorial Union in a deliciously collaborative exhibition. "Daily Values: Landscapes of Food Memories" will be running from March 19th through April 6th. Please join us for the closing reception of the "Daily Values" exhibition on Friday, April 6th from 6-8pm at the Class of 1925 Gallery. Artists and friends involved in the collaboration are invited to attend and share their story behind their unique placemat art. Light refreshments will also be served. If you can, bring along canned or unopened packaged food items, as we will be donating them to a Dane County food pantry. See you at the closing reception!
