Ever wonder how chocolate is made other than melting down big chocolate chunks? Come learn about chocolate making with the Food Science Club and WUD Cuisine!!
There will be a lecture given by Professor Richard Hartel about all the secrets and the amazement of chocolate making! There will be CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN, snack and of course, your box of chocolate.
