  Program's Lunchtime Lecture Series. The economic restructuring that start
 ed in Cuba in the 1990s and especially the most recent wave of reforms sin
 ce 2010 have radically transformed opportunities for social mobility avail
 able to Cubans. This talk examines how Cubans in Havana are navigating the
  economic restructuring\, and specifically how they are using their homes 
 for both social welfare provision as well as social mobility\, which used
