DESCRIPTION:The Peer Wellness Coaches are facilitating free Wellbeing Commu
 nity Group meetings on Friday\, February 20\, February 27\, March 6\, Marc
 h 13\, and March 20 at the Bakke Recreation &amp\; Wellbeing Center in Wil
 low Room from 3:30-4:30PM. These are free for folx to sign-up. Snacks are 
 provided during the group\, and students will receive a free item at the e
 nd of each group. These are a great way for students to connect while taki
 ng time for their personal wellbeing. We encourage registration ahead of t

 tudents who request coaching services are matched with a coach to not only
  foster a sense of belonging on campus\, but to receive ongoing support to
 &nbsp\;find&nbsp\;the motivation and direction to achieve their individual
 ized wellbeing goals. This often includes&nbsp\;finding social connection
