 . I run and manage A-Mart Asian Grocery\, a local\, family-owned Asian gro
 cery store on the west side of Madison. We added a deli inside our store a
 bout 2 years ago. My background and influence are mainly Vietnamese and So
 utheast Asian dishes\, but I also love many other cuisines\, experimenting
  and trying new recipes\, sometimes adding my own little twist to it. Food
  has always been a big love of mine and I love being able to share it with
