								To what extent is violence an integral part of Russian modernism and postmodernism, and why might the Russian versions of these artistic movements display a particular preoccupation with physical aggression? Join us for a lecture by Eliot Borenstein, a professor of Russian and Slavic Studies at New York University, that will examines the role of violence in the past century of Russian cultural production.
