Join WISCAPE for a discussion via Skype with Robert Scott, executive director of the innovative Cornell University Prison Education Program (CPEP). CPEP provides courses leading to college degrees for people incarcerated in upstate New York State prisons. Since 1999, the program has helped students build meaningful lives inside prison and prepared them for successful re-entry into civic life.
