The panelists are Soo Kim (the former CIA North Korea Analyst), Yonho Kim (Non-resident fellow at the Korean Economic Institute of America), and Karl Friedhoff (Fellow, Public Opinion and Asia Policy, Chicago Council on Global Affairs).
