Hear about Dr. Williams’ book project, Growing Rural Modernity: 4-H Clubs in America and the World and her use of the UW-Madison Archives, her discoveries, and how this information has influenced her research. Dr. Amrys Williams is the Associate Director & Oral Historian at the Hagley Museum and Library in Wilmington, Delaware. She earned her Ph.D. in History of Science, Medicine, and Technology, from UW–Madison in 2012 and her M.A., History of Science from UW–Madison in 2007.
