Mindful Climate Action: Behavioral Change for Health and Sustainability

Mindful Climate Action (MCA) is an 8-week mindfulness-based “eco-wellness” program aimed at reducing individual carbon footprint, while supporting mental and physical health. The MCA program aims to motivate and empower individuals and communities to change behaviors and adapt strategies to improve health and wellness, while at the same time reducing carbon footprint (mitigation), and preparing to respond to hazards resulting from climate change (adaptation).
